EXPERIENCE OF CREATION OF CONDITIONS FOR SEPARATE COLLECTION OF SECONDARY RESOURCES IN OFFICES BY JUNKL LTD

Annotation. On January 1, 2019, the reform of solid municipal waste management started in Russia. The purpose of this reform was to solve the problem of illegal dumps, establish a system of separate waste collection and reduce the amount of waste taken to landfill [2, 5, 6]. In April 2019, the Russian Environmental Operator appeared. For legal entities, the normative waste fee was calculated depending on the type of activity. In order to reduce the burden on business, the legislation allows entrepreneurs to choose one of two options for calculation - according to the norm or according to the fact. Actual calculation with Regional Operator is possible if a legal entity has its own site and containers, and the owner realizes that it will generate less garbage per month than the approved standard. That is, in this regard, each entrepreneur needs to understand which option will be more profitable for him and will allow him to save on garbage disposal.

Keywords: municipal solid waste, separate waste collection, secondary resources, regional operator.
