INVESTIGATION OF THE INFLUENCE OF AUTO-TIRE MATERIAL PREPARATION ON THE PROCESS OF THERMAL DECOMPOSITION WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF PYROLYSIS PROCESSING
Annotation. The paper presents the pyrolysis technology of automobile tire recycling. The main purpose of the study is to investigate the influence of tire sample pre-treatment, namely cryo-treatment and shredding, on the thermal decomposition process. The object of the study is the mass loss rate parameter, which determines the effectiveness of the proposed method. The experimental stage of the study is based on thermogravimetric analysis, as a result of which the dependence of mass loss rate on temperature was obtained for 4 samples with different nature of material preparation. On the basis of the obtained dependence and temperature parameters a conclusion was made about the influence of the sample size and its freezing on the process of tire pyrolysis.
Keywords: automobile tire utilization, environmental pollution, recycling technology, pyrolysis method, flue gas cleaning, thermal decomposition efficiency, thermogravimetric analysis.
