formation OF A CLOSED-LOOP ECONOMY IN THE SVERDLOVSK oblast

Annotation. The article discusses the process of implementation of the regional project "Closed-Loop Economy" in the Sverdlovsk Oblast related to updating the territorial scheme of production and consumption waste management; commissioning of facilities for MSW processing; provision of the municipal solid waste management service to the population. Also, as part of this program a block of an educational program for municipal solid waste management was developed and recommended for use in educational institutions of the Sverdlovsk Oblast, interaction with volunteer movements was intensified, and programs for professional development in the sphere of municipal solid waste management were prepared.
