THE EXPERIENCE AND CHALLENGES OF DEFINING STANDARDS FOR EDUCATION OF MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE IN THE CITY OF PERM

Annotation. The analysis of the treatment of the household waste in the Russian legislation. Revealed changes in their treatment. In accordance with this, regional regulatory and legal levels in the field of housing and communal services and public amenities were developed and approved using the example of the Perm Territory. In this region, categories of municipal solid waste (MSW) are established, the units of account are defined, for which the standard and norms for accumulating MSW by category are established. The methodology for measuring waste was determined, which is based on the Methodological recommendations on determining standards for the accumulation of municipal solid waste, approved by the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services. Verification of the standards for the accumulation of municipal solid waste (spring season) was completed, measurements were made for the accumulation of municipal solid waste (MSW) in the established categories. It has been established that the standards for the formation of MSW in different seasons differ several times, both in mass and in volume.
