THE DEVELOPMENT OF ACTIONS FOR RESTORATION OF HYDRAULIC ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTIONS ON THE EXAMPLE OF OLD IGERMAN OF OKTYABRSKY DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF IZHEVSK

Annotation. Rational nature management is inextricably linked with engineering facilities that provide social production of natural resources. Only with the provision of guaranteed full-featured work of objects is it possible to maintain a favorable environmental situation, the reproduction of natural resources, as well as their maximum preservation. As a result, issues of technical and environmental safety of nature management objects, as well as the implementation of measures to ensure them, become topical. The most dangerous engineering objects are hydraulic structures (GTS), allowing the use of water resources for land reclamation, fire-prevention, recreational purposes. Accidents on the GTS are associated with serious problems. Ignoring or neglecting any factor leading to an accident can have the most unpredictable consequences. In this paper, given the main problems of hydraulic structures and measures for the restoration of hydraulic structures on the example of the Old Igerman Oktyabrsky district of Izhevsk, the Udmurt Republic.
