DIGITAL SPACE OF OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY

Annotation. Mathematical content of digitalization as an integrative space of oil and gas industry from reservoir to management is demonstrated. It is shown that the factor parallel to the digitalization is the mathematics of fractals developed at the end of the last century, which has two sources - physics and theoretical computer science. The main idea of the model is the duality of fractals capable of generating, depending on the projection, zero-dimensional thin sets corresponding to formal languages and sets of full measure corresponding to material objects. In numerical form this duality corresponds to a numerical asymmetry, the product of the two basic numerical systems of mathematics - real and p-adic numbers.  The scheme of the digital space of an oil and gas enterprise includes several levels. At the lowest level of the unified hierarchy there are the productive layers of oil and gas industry. The level above is the material and technical resources, field equipment. This is where the network of organization and technical management begins to manifest itself. The next level is the industry, which organizes structures of the previous level. The industry, being a part of an aggregate of sections of national economy, organizes branch organizational decisions in interaction with all economy.  The mathematical model based on the numerical asymmetry opens the meaningful prospect of forming the unified space of oil and gas production.
