AUTONOMOUS CONTROLLED SOLAR-WIND POWERED STREET LAMPS FOR RUSSIAN CONDITIONS
Annotation. The use of hybrid solar-wind power plants for street and road lighting is considered. A hybrid controller for controlling the solar-wind lighting installation was designed taking into account the specific conditions of Russia. A solution is proposed to prevent icing on the surface of solar modules in the winter. The calculation of electricity generation and the economic efficiency of the project.
