MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT: THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ASPECTS OF IMPLEMENTING THE RULES OF LAW IN THE PROVISION OF MUNICIPAL SERVICES IN NON-RESIDENTIAL PREMISES OF APARTMENT BUILDINGS

Annotation. On the basis of the analysis of the current legal regulation and law-application practice some legal problems concerning the provision of municipal solid waste handling service to owners of non-residential premises of apartment houses are formulated, including definition of the consumer of the service, arrangement of places (sites) of accumulation of solid municipal waste, commercial accounting of its volume. The author makes conclusions and recommendations concerning improvement of the rules of law in the mentioned sphere of legal regulation.
