ECOLOGIZATION OF OIL AND GAS PRODUCTION: PROBLEMS, CONCEPTS

Annotation. The paper considers the basic concepts and principles of ecologization of oil and gas production complex, the analysis of which identified the following priority areas: consolidation of production in order to maximize the use of waste as secondary resources; development and implementation of environmental and economic mechanisms to improve and introduce resource-saving and low-waste technology in the oil industry; development of projects on automation, digitalization and standardization of high-tech technologies; development of environmental and economic tools to improve the environmentally friendly technologies in the oil industry. To implement the above measures, it is proposed to improve environmental management mechanisms and motivational policy of ecologization of innovative activities, which should be based on solving a set of financial and economic problems. One of the means of motivation can be the state support of long-term investments in eco-technologies, formation of environmental funds, preferential taxation.
