USE OF VORTEX TECHNOLOGIES FOR UTILIZATION OF OILY WASTES

 

Annotation. The article is devoted to such an urgent problem as the utilization of oily waste. It has been revealed that oil sludge, formed at oil-and-gas producing departments of "Belkamneft" named after A.A.Volkov, is the mixture of mechanical impurities (rock) with water and oil products. According to laboratory analysis data they consist 93% of oil products. It is proposed to use the technology of combined combustion of oil sludge in multifuel vortex burners "Innotoplivo" of the developer Amalthea-service Ltd, which allows burning solid, liquid and gaseous low-quality fuels, separately or together. The use of vortex technologies at JSC "Belkamneft" named after A.A. Volkov will allow to utilize oil sludge and get the economic effect due to using the heat from oil sludge incineration for the needs of the enterprise.
