IMPROVEMENT OF STATE POLICY IN THE FIELD OF elimination OF OBJECTS OF NEGATIVE IMPACT ON THE ENVIRONMENT

Annotation. The article highlights the issues of updating the legislation in the field of environmental protection and nature management in the first quarter of 2022. It is noted that innovations have affected the state ecological control, the order of registration of emissions into atmospheric air, the sphere of waste management, the process of obtaining the complex ecological permission, the prospects of ecological development of Russia and other spheres of interaction of industrial activity and the nature. The shortcomings of financing in the assessment and elimination of objects of negative impact on the environment in the current legislation are revealed. Ways to improve state policy in the field of elimination of objects of negative impact on the environment, as well as the possibility of using the funds received in the regional and local budgets from administrative fines for offenses in the field of environmental protection and natural resource management are proposed.
