PREPARATION OF PERSONNEL IN THE FIELD OF WASTE MANAGEMENT (PROJECT-ORIENTED PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITY APPROACH TO THE PROCESS OF EDUCATION)

Annotation. The Udmurt State University has developed a procedure for implementing project-oriented educational programs of bachelors, masters and specialist studies in order to improve the quality of education and its practical orientation. At the Civil Protection Institute, master's programs in the direction of 20.04.02 «Environmental Engineering and Water Use» have successful experience in using project-oriented programs and applying an active approach in training. The development of this approach is facilitated by a number of features of the master's education process: openness of information; optional discipline; innovative educational technologies; a large amount of hours for independent work; extended educational space; involvement in the educational process of representatives of employing organizations, practitioners; an individual plan of scientific work under the supervision of a supervisor; a large amount of hours for research practice and research work; participation in various competitions and grants, where you can submit your projects and get their expertise conducted by independent experts. The implemented approach has improved the quality of education and the effectiveness of the employment of graduates.
