DEVELOPMENT OF ELECTRIC ENERGY CONSUMPTION NORMS FOR A WORKSHOP OF AN INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE

Annotation. The article shows the development of shop norms of electric power consumption at an industrial enterprise for the whole nomenclature of products. When developing norms, technological and auxiliary electric consumption, and also losses of electric energy in a shop network are taken into account. Development of norms is based on a database in the form of MS Excel spreadsheets. The database includes a file with a list of electrical equipment and machine capacities, a file with a list of products and the time of technological operations for their manufacture, a file with a list of the quantity of manufactured products. A Python program is written to calculate the norms. The software tool allows you to take into account the peculiarities of production of each nomenclature of products. This contributes to a more accurate calculation of electrical consumption of the shop. The program for calculating the norms of electricity consumption for the shop of an industrial enterprise has the State registration in the Federal Service for Intellectual Property № 2024661345 dated 16.05.2024. The obtained results can be used to optimize electrical energy and reduce its costs for the production of products. The specified result provides increase of energy efficiency of production.
