Robotic monitoring and control of ultra-viscous oil wells
Annotation. A robotic control algorithm manages wells. At the pilot site of super-viscous oil fields, the project «Formation of a model for managing oil production processes based on the use of digital technologies» is being implemented. The algorithms for monitoring and controlling the operating modes of the EHV wells allow for 100 % coverage of the monitoring of the operation indicators of the entire well stock on an ongoing basis and, if necessary, introduce prompt automatic corrective actions, which allows to increase the efficiency of the work. They allow you to reduce routine work, make faster and better decisions, and reduce the percentage of possible errors. The use of this toolkit has had an impact on reducing downtime and stalling wells.
