ANALYSIS OF TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTIONS FOR COMPLETION AND DEVELOPMENT OF OIL WELLS WITH HARD-TO-RECOVER RESERVES

Annotation. Non-observance of completion technology of wells with hard-to-recover oil reserves and low permeability and porosity properties leads to significant material losses in the field development and operation. Besides low permeability and porosity and complex geological structure of terrigenous reservoirs, putting these objects into development is complicated by negative technogenic impact at the stages of primary, secondary opening, killing and other technological operations, leading to contamination of bottomhole zone of producing wells and leading to absence or presence of weak fluid inflow into the productive formation. Terrigenous samples of Visean stage were chosen for investigation. It was found that the impact of drilling mud on high permeability terrigenous rocks results in varying degrees of reduction in the filtration characteristics of the bottomhole formation zone, depending on the magnitude of the repression. To assess the effect of hydrochloric acid on the formation of water-oil emulsions, an experiment consisting of mixing oil with mud was conducted. The dependence of viscosity on the water phase content was peaked. In order to dissolve the polyamide plugs, laboratory tests were conducted in which they were tested for dissolution in various acid compositions. As a result, the most effective concentration of hydrochloric acid was found to dissolve the polyamide plugs. Thus, the presented advanced technology for well completion and development allows reducing time and money resources, while the implementation of effective technologies will lay foundation for further productive development and operation of fields.
