CALORIFIC VALUE OF WASTE: LITERATURE REVIEW

 

Annotation. This article is devoted to the study of calorific value of waste. Calorific value is an important parameter in assessing the energy potential of waste and its possibility of utilization in combustion or energy generation processes. The article discusses different types of waste and their calorific value, as well as methods of calculating this parameter. The possibility of utilization of wastes with high calorific value for heat and power generation is also discussed. The study is conducted to determine the efficiency and economic feasibility of using waste as a source of energy.
