DISPOSAL OF CONSTRUCTION WASTE

Annotation. The results of the analysis of the possibility of reuse of construction waste that is generated during the construction period, as well as the demolition of old and dilapidated housing, are presented. It is shown that the problem becomes relevant for the city of Yekaterinburg with the demolition of old housing, as well as with the massive demolition of the "Khrushchevs" that were built in the South-West district in the 60s of the last century. Demolition of a 2-story, 3-section residential building is considered as an example. The total cost of expenses is 967,305.96 rubles. The benefit from the secondary processing of construction waste is 575 thousand 512 rubles 57 kopecks, i.e. disposal of construction waste becomes profitable.
